Any ophthalmologist with a special interest in strabismology who is duly proposed in writing by one ISA Charter Member or Active Member and seconded by another may, upon submitting a completed application to the ISA Secretary, become an Active Member.

Any non-ophthalmologist with a special interest in strabismology, such as an orthoptist, may be declared an Associate Member at the direction of the ISA Secretary.

If you are interested in becoming a member of the International Strabismological Assoociation, please download the application for membership form below to be completed and returned with the first year's dues payment to the ISA Secretary/Treasurer, Derek T. Sprunger, M.D., at 702 Rotary Circle, Indianapolis, Indiana  46202, USA or by fax at:  317-328-8864.  Dues may also be paid online by going to the Member Login section of the website.
